Core Web Vitals are Google’s set of user-experience metrics that measure how fast and stable a page feels to real visitors. The three metrics are LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), INP (Interaction to Next Paint) and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift).
LCP measures loading speed and should be under 2.5 seconds. INP measures responsiveness to clicks and taps and should be under 200 milliseconds. CLS measures visual stability and should be under 0.1. These metrics influence search rankings and, more importantly, whether visitors stay and convert.
